 Sound baths are a gentle and relaxing way to realign your energies, and bring you back to a place of calm and balance.

You lay back and relax, and the Dragon Frequency energies help you to start to release tension in your mind, body and soul, and bring you back to a more uplifting state of being.

We provide yoga mats, but for extra comfort, bring along a yoga mat, blanket, and cushion, and a bottle of water to drink.

Sound baths are not recommended for people with epilepsy, extreme mental health challenges, in the first 3 months of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, or metal implants.

If you have tinnitus or hearing problems, please let Dawn know, and sit further away from the energy tubes and gong.
